Circuit Shift Privacy Policy
What information the Circuit Shift app handles and why.
Draft — requires legal review before publication
This document is a working draft prepared on October 28, 2026. Bracketed items must be completed, and the full text should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before it is relied upon.
Circuit Shift (“the app”) is published by Evercrest Interactive LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information the app handles and why. It covers the app only; this website has its own privacy policy.
The short version
- You don't need an account, and the game works fully offline.
- Your puzzle progress, settings and daily results are stored only on your device.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Information stored on your device
The app keeps your level progress, best results, daily-challenge results, an in-progress puzzle (so you can continue later) and your settings in a local database on your device. It is not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple. To verify purchases and restore them, the app uses RevenueCat, Inc., which receives an anonymous app user identifier and your App Store purchase receipts. RevenueCat does not receive your name or contact details from us. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Optional rewarded ads
The app shows an ad only if you choose to watch one in exchange for a hint. Ads are provided by Google (AdMob) and are requested as non-personalized. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and UK), we ask for your consent through Google's consent form before showing any ad. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices. Google may process device and usage information to deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud; see how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Analytics
The app does not send analytics. A “Share anonymous usage data” switch exists in Settings, is off by default, and has no effect because no analytics provider is used.
Children
The app is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It is rated 4+ and is not offered in the App Store Kids category.
Your choices
- Turn off ads entirely by not requesting them, or by purchasing “Remove Ads”.
- Change ad consent: Settings → Ad privacy choices (where available).
- Analytics: Settings → Share anonymous usage data.
- Delete all local data: delete the app.
